Walnut Creek Historical Society Holiday Teas

What better way to kick off the holiday season than to join family and friends at a traditional Holiday Tea at Shadelands, November 30–December 15, featuring a three-course luncheon highlighted with homemade scones and lemon curd, accompanied by the secret Shadelands Tea Blend, all served in the intimate setting of either the parlor or dining room of the historic 1903 Hiram Penniman home, now the Shadelands Ranch Museum.

Presented by the Walnut Creek Historical Society, Holiday Tea at Shadelands is held every year, for two weeks, beginning the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Two seatings are available each day, Monday through Sunday: 11am and 1:30pm. The Holiday Tea season also includes two special Champagne Teas: Saturday, December 7, and Saturday, December 14, 4pm.

Reservations open at 9am, October 1, and are made by phone only at 925.935.7871.

Daily Teas are $55/per person; Champagne Teas are $65/person. The Walnut Creek Historical Society’s popular annual Holiday Teas sell out every year. Call now to reserve your spot of tea, scones and lemon curd, and special seat at the Holiday Tea table.
