Shadelands Property and Business Improvement District (PBID)

The Shadelands Property and Business Improvement District (PBID) is a group of Shadelands property owners who advocate for, direct, and promote opportunities for economic growth, job creation, and park rejuvenation.

    Walnut Creek City Council approves Shadelands PBID for another 10 years, allowing Shadelands to undertake ongoing long-term improvements

    Shadelands launches a new brand to share its vision for the near and long-term future and what it offers the community

A subset of PBID, the Shadelands Steering Committee is a voluntary group of 10 Shadelands property owners who efficiently and effectively manage Shadelands. The Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau appoints the committee members, who work collaboratively with the City of Walnut Creek. Together they aim to improve the business climate, amenities, aesthetics, and value of Shadelands to create a thriving community.

The Shadelands Steering Committee is a valuable and accessible advocate and resource for current and prospective property owners and investors looking to fully participate in this revitalized, exciting business community. It welcomes new, diverse, and innovative organizations and commerce to the Shadelands community.
