Family Art Day, March 15, 10am to 1pm, Center for Community Arts

Join Center for Community Arts in Shadelands for its annual outdoor, free, and fun-filled Family Art Day, Saturday, March 15, 10am–1pm, at Center for Community Arts, 111 N. Wiget Lane, Walnut Creek.

This is the perfect opportunity to get creative with loved ones, whether it’s painting, crafting, or just having fun with colors. Create, explore, and connect while making lasting memories and memorable art.

Family Art Day is open to children of all ages and skill levels and will feature a variety of multicultural activities celebrating spring festivals from around the world.

Center for Community Arts has been hosting Family Art Day for nearly a decade, attracting close to 1,200 art lovers per year to this festive event where children engage in hands-on arts activities and express their creativity at a variety of craft stations. This is also an opportunity for neighbors and fellow families to connect in a friendly community setting.

Attendees can purchase food from the on-site taco truck and snow cones from Kona Ice.
